Job summary

TotalEnergies Exploration & Production in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a Flow Assurance Engineer to advance multiphase flow models and support offshore facility optimization. You will evaluate production data, run simulations, and validate new modules within an international team focused on CO2 transport and subsea technologies.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering and experience or training in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and programming in Excel, Office, and Python.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering with specialization in fluid mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics, process engineering, or chemical engineering.
• Initial professional experience or academic training in fluid mechanics or hydraulics.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Macros), Office, and Python.
• Knowledge of LedaFlow, OLGA, or similar simulation software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use multiphase flow simulation software to evaluate and improve models.
• Analyze production data from operated fields and compare with simulations.
• Validate the accuracy of calculation models and test new modules.
• Participate in research projects focused on offshore facilities optimization.
• Present study results to internal teams and technical partners.
