Job summary

Petrolink Support is seeking experienced CCR Senior Production Technicians for offshore international FPSO activities. The role requires safe start-up/shutdown controls, guiding field operators, alarm management, and monitoring process parameters.

You will liaise with relevant teams, adjust set points to meet guidelines, produce daily operation reports, and assist in monthly performance reviews. Offshore safety training (BOSIET/HUET/FOET) and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in control room operations.
• Essential Offshore Safety Training : BOSIET, HUET, FOET.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Safe controls in start-up / shutdown of process equipment.
• Provide guidance to the field operators on field operation requirements.
• Alarm Management and investigation of repetitive alarming.
• Monitor operating parameters of level, pressure, flow rate, temperature etc.
• Liaise with concerned parties on current operating conditions.
• Adjust operating parameters set points to meet process and product requirements as stipulated in guidelines or operating envelope.
• Produce daily operations report, highlighting equipment and process faults compiled from operators timely.
• Assist the team lead in preparation of monthly plant performance and equipment run hours, including availability statistics.
• Maintain records showing movement of plant documents and tools/equipment.
• Update the incoming control room operator on the status.
