Job summary

Ikm Gruppen AS is seeking an experienced Offshore Field Engineer to perform MC duties, supervise installation activities, and monitor progress in an offshore setting. The role requires coordinating system completion, punch rounds, testing, and documenting as-built changes.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of offshore or large-scale facility experience, with certificates for EX, high/low voltage, work permits, safety, and an offshore medical. English is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of offshore or large-scale onshore facilities experience.
• Experience performing MC/Field Engineer tasks and working to procedures.
• Proficient with ProCoSys, PIMS365 and related documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mechanical Completion (MC) and Field Engineer duties in offshore environment.
• Follow up on installation activities and monitor progress.
• Manage system completion, conduct punch rounds, and test activities.
• Oversee client handover and manage red-line markings of technical docs.
