Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
• 7–12 years of offshore related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, chemical injection skids, and other packaged systems.
• Strong understanding of static equipment including design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of applicable industry standards, regulations, and engineering best practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments and collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across disciplines and levels.
• Ability to contribute proactively to technical discussions, problem solving, and project execution to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality deliverables.
• Team-oriented mindset with focus on cooperation, knowledge sharing and achieving goals.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities with high quality and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Act as Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) and technical lead for specific equipment packages in large projects.
• Ensure design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery meet requirements, standards, and client expectations.
• Prepare and run bid clarification meetings (BCM) and kickoff meetings as needed.
• Create and follow up package distribution matrix for supplier documentation and coordinate with Document Control.
• Take responsibility for follow-up work for the procurement package.
• Ensure Final Documentation for the scope of work is delivered on time.
• Ensure work is performed according to instructions, procedures, and contract requirements.
