Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
• 7–12 years offshore project experience.
• Extensive knowledge of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors).
• Strong understanding of static equipment (design, operation, maintenance).
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary projects with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with cooperation and knowledge sharing.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Package Responsible Engineer leads specific equipment packages in large projects.
• Ensure design, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery meet requirements.
• Prepare bid clarification meetings and kickoff meetings.
• Create package follow-up with package buyer and MC engineer.
• Maintain package distribution matrix for supplier documentation.
• Follow up procurement package tasks and final documentation.
• Ensure work complies with instructions, procedures and contract.
• Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
