Elastic Security is recruiting a Senior Manager to lead a globally distributed engineering team focused on endpoint protections. You will guide senior researchers, shape the roadmap, and ensure high-quality features across Windows, macOS, and Linux while engaging with customers and the security community.

You will mentor engineers, drive ML initiatives, and collaborate with product teams to deliver impactful protection capabilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership of senior engineers on a globally distributed team.
• Hands-on security research experience before transitioning to leadership.
• Deep OS internals knowledge, Windows prioritized; macOS/Linux secondary.
• Experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team across endpoint internals, prevention, and ML.
• Own roadmap and drive delivery; invest in visibility and protection engines across millions of endpoints.
• Connect team work to Elastic Security; unlock new detection/protection capabilities across the product.
• Direct the team's ML work: model development, data quality, telemetry features.
• Drive cross-platform protection parity and vendor relationships for early OS access.
• Represent the team externally: conferences, publications, customer/partner engagement.
