Job summary

Euronext is seeking a Senior Listing Sales Manager to join the Listing team in Oslo, reporting to the Head of Listing Nordics. You will manage a portfolio of listed companies, promote listings, and engage with investment banks, brokers, and law firms to drive capital market access.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in equity or capital markets, a finance/economics/law background, and fluent Norwegian and English. Strong presentation skills and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in equity or capital markets.
• Higher education in finance, economics or law.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with business tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of listed companies and build relationships with C-level executives.
• Promote equity and debt listings to prospects, clients, banks, brokers, and law firms.
• Explain benefits of public markets and access to capital, liquidity, and visibility.
• Lead cross-border initiatives and events in Norway and abroad.
• Support Oslo equity listing pipeline through engagements with prospects and advisors.
• Contribute to the team’s strategic goals and training.
• Develop presentation materials across sectors, especially shipping, energy, and seafood.
• Support the Head of Listing Nordics with administrative and commercial tasks.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets?

We are looking for a Senior Listing Sales Manager to join the Listing team in Oslo, starting as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Listing Nordics.

As part of Primary Markets, the Listing team works closely with listed companies and those considering an IPO. We promote the benefits of listing, support cliens throughout their journey, and drive initiatives across countries and sectors.

You Will Primarily Be Responsible For

• Managing a portfolio of listed companies, supporting their needs and building strong relationships with C-level executives
• Promoting equity and debt listings on Euronext, engaging with prospects, clients, investment banks, brokers and law firms
• Acting as a key contact for companies considering an IPO, explaining benefits of public markets in terms of access to capital, liquidity and visibility and why Euronext is the preferred choice
• Leading and participating in cross-border initiatives and events, such as seminars on equity capital and debt capital markets in Norway and abroad.
• Contributing to maintaining Oslo equity listing pipeline through engagements with key prospects and advisors
• Contributing to the team’s strategic goals and supporting knowledge sharing, project management and training
• Building and maintaining presentation materials across all relevant sectors but in particular shipping, energy and seafood
• Supporting the Head of Listing Nordics on various administrative and commercial tasks

Your Profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in equity or capital markets, ideally from a corporate finance, consulting or brokerage background
• Higher education in finance, economics or law
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Strong skills across Excel, Powerpoint and other key business tools
• Strong relationship builder, outgoing and proactive, with a high level of integrity and subject‑matter confidence
• Motivated by responsibility, client interaction and driving initiatives forward
• Some business travel is expected
