Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Senior/Principal Engineer Instrumentation to lead detailed design and deliveries for offshore/onshore oil & gas projects. You will contribute to studies, prepare job packages, and ensure discipline checks across drawings and studies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware with 8+ years of relevant experience, plus certs (HUET, health).

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instrumentation/Automation Hardware is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience from offshore/onshore oil & gas projects.
• Experience with ATEX, NORSOK, STID, ProCoSys, and ARIS.
• FSE for high and low voltage with first aid.
• Offshore certificate including HUET and a health certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Detailed design of instrumentation tasks.
• Participate in studies.
• Estimate instrumentation tasks.
• Prepare job packages and follow up on deliveries.
• Discipline check of design basis (studies, drawings, and job packages).
• Follow up with suppliers, package responsibility.
• Participate in pre-test/FAT at the supplier.
• Participate in inspections onshore/offshore.
• Take training responsibilities for new engineers.
• Perform as-built.
