Statkraft is Europe’s largest renewable energy producer and seeks a Senior HR Business Partner for Organisational Development and Change. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities, design organisations for future needs and guide workforce planning and change initiatives.

You will act as trusted advisor on employee relations, leadership development and culture transformation, while ensuring compliance with Norwegian law and Statkraft policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HRBP or senior HR partner.
• Strong knowledge of organisational design and change.
• Experience with workforce planning and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational development, transformation and change initiatives across business units.
• Translate business priorities into people and organisational actions.
• Provide strategic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.
