Job summary

Statkraft is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead organisational development, transformation and change initiatives for Local HR Norway. You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies and ensure compliance with Norwegian labour law.

This role acts as a trusted advisor across leadership teams, shaping workforce planning, organisational design, and employee relations while delivering on Statkraft’s sustainable agenda in a dynamic, matrix

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience with organisational development, transformation and change.
Solid understanding of Norwegian labour law and employee relations.
Eligible for security clearance and authorization.

Responsibilities

Lead organisational development, transformation and change initiatives across the business.
Partner with leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and performance.
Support leaders through continuous organisational changes of varying scope and complexity.
Support strategic workforce planning discussions using insights and analytics.
Provide HR guidance on employer responsibilities, restructurings and employee relations.
Coach leaders and act as a subject matter expert for HR colleagues on OD and change.
