Job summary

Tieto Caretech Norway is seeking a senior sales manager to drive strategic growth in hospital-focused AI, analytics and data solutions. You will manage large Norwegian customers, partner with internal teams, and lead complex sales from discovery to tender submission.

You will work at the intersection of advisory and sales, building long-term relationships with healthcare buyers and regulators while translating needs into compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health IT sales or public sector.
• Customer- and solution-oriented with healthcare domain insight.
• Structured team player with consultative selling skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships with regional health authorities.
• Drive growth in data analytics and AI solutions.
