SoftwareOne in Oslo, Norway is seeking a Senior Strategic Advisor AI to help clients realize value from data and AI through strategic guidance, operating model reviews, and transformation initiatives.

You will work across business, technology, and organizational change, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across industries, developing AI strategies, roadmaps, governance, and change programs to secure measurable business impact.

• Assess organizational maturity, capabilities, and opportunities for AI-driven value creation.
• Guide the adoption and scaling of AI solutions, including change management and capability building.
• Advise customers in areas like AI governance, responsible AI, regulatory requirements, and data management practices.
• Contribute to ideation, prioritization, business development and implementation, and internal capability development.

As our new Senior Strategic Advisor AI, you will help customers realize the value of data and AI through strategic advice, transformation initiatives like reviewing operating models, and secure successful implementation. Working across business, technology, and organizational change, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams across exciting industries and companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements focused on data, AI, and business transformation
