Soho House in London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the floor service, ensure exceptional dining experiences for members and guests, and collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team. You will oversee service operations, guide staff, and uphold the club's high standards.

Your role includes greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments while maintaining seamless, personalised service throughout each table visit.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet members warmly, introduce menus and engage guests upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, correct orders.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings.
• Maintain top-tier table service (refill water, wine, beverages) throughout the visit.
• Keep a pristine dining environment and tables set-up/reset as needed.
• Handle member requests with flexibility to create memorable experiences.
• Assist payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Lead and supervise daily service on the restaurant floor and mentor staff.
