Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers. You’ll design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems inside enterprise environments, guiding the architectural direction and defining engineering standards.

You’ll work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Salesforce tools to deliver robust AI capabilities, while mentoring engineers and shaping the Agentforce roadmap. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production environments.
• Proficiency with data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's key customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including multi-agent orchestration and guardrails.
• Develop data pipelines and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared work; contribute reusable assets.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deployable solutions.
