Job summary

You will build robust tools, simulation frameworks, QA processes, and model monitoring to improve forecast accuracy and marketing decision‑making.

You will collaborate with project managers, analysts, data scientists, data engineers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable, practical solutions that drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong delivery mindset under tight deadlines and ability to drive business impact.
• Experience applying statistical modelling to business problems, including model validation and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python, including modular code design and Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Forecasting process from data, modelling, and technology perspectives, ensuring tools and monitoring are reliable and scalable.
• Design internal tools, QA workflows, and reusable modelling components for forecasting and Marketing Mix Modelling solutions.
• Develop simulation and scenario planning tools to evaluate media investment, campaigns, pricing, promotions, and potential sales outcomes.
• Support and improve model performance monitoring, tracking forecast accuracy and identifying biases, feeding learnings back into development.
• Measure success by the quality, adoption, and impact of tools and modelling processes.
