Vår Energi is seeking an experienced Field Architect to strengthen our field development organization and support the maturation of growth opportunities across our portfolio.

You will work across subsurface, drilling, facilities and commercial teams to shape field development concepts and influence major investment decisions. The role offers an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment and opportunities to turn opportunities into value across diverse assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field development planning within oil and gas.
• Strong ability to balance technical, commercial and strategic considerations.
• Proven experience with complex field development projects, preferably subsea.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust field development concepts from early-phase assessments to project maturation.
• Collaborate across subsurface, drilling, facilities and commercial disciplines.
• Support major investment decisions and value creation across a diverse portfolio.
