Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Employee Central Consultant to lead international implementations, shaping the EC workstream from design through deployment. You will collaborate with cross-border teams, translate HR needs into scalable solutions, and contribute to our ready2run® methodology.

English fluency is essential, with Nordic flexibility regarding base location. You will guide projects, share knowledge, and develop colleagues in a global, inclusive environment

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central with ability to analyze HR processes and translate into scalable design.
• Ability to lead large, international and complex implementations.
• Willingness to travel and work on diverse projects.
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian languages a plus.

Innovative Employee Central Implementation with ready2run®

As a Senior Employee Central Consultant, you will lead large, international and complex implementations, taking ownership of the Employee Central workstream from design through deployment. ready2run® builds on our preconfigured starting solution, proven delivery framework and the way we shape implementation projects and customer offerings.

Specifically, you will:

• Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions.
• Help customers benefit from our ready2run® approach – both as a methodology and a mindset.
• Play an important part in strengthening our collective capability by sharing knowledge, supporting collaboration across projects and helping junior consultants grow their confidence and expertise.

Combine your strong technical expertise with your business understanding

In this role, you will need a proactive focus on quality, detail and delivery, using your critical thinking skills and experience in resolving complex technical and functional issues in a timely and effective manner. Also, you possess a genuine desire to guide, challenge and develop colleagues, review work and share practical knowledge – and you can do so constructively in international teams. Moreover, with your strong communication skills, you engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build trusted relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Finally, we know nobody is perfect, but we imagine that you may:

• Have several years of hands‑on experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Have proven experience leading large, international and complex implementations, with ownership of the Employee Central workstream from design to deployment.
• Possess strong Employee Central solution knowledge, combined with the ability to analyze HR processes and translate business priorities into practical, scalable design.
• Be open to travelling and working on diverse projects, adapting to new challenges and environments.
• Be fluent in English (this is required), with additional Scandinavian languages being a plus.
• The role can be based in any Nordic country, with the expectation that you are within practical daily commuting distance of one of our local offices.
