Job summary

Pentagon Technical Services seeks an experienced Document Controller for a major data centre project in Glomfjord, Norway. The role focuses on maintaining control over drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals across client, contractor and supplier teams.

You will ensure consistent naming, revision and metadata, support handover documentation, and maintain auditable project archives in accordance with Norwegian standards.

Qualifications

• Must have document control experience on large construction projects.
• Experience with multi-contractor environments and complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of drawing, revision and document management processes.
• Experience with EDMS platforms (Aconex, Procore, ACC/BIM 360, SharePoint or similar).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project document control system and ensure proper registration, control and distribution of drawings, specifications, RFIs and submittals.
• Maintain document registers and trackers, monitor revisions, approvals and statuses.
• Coordinate technical submissions, method statements, test plans and commissioning documentation.
