Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in digital IC / chip-level design.
• Experience across full design flow: Architecture & specification, RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog), Verification, Tape‑out/streamout.
• Proven ability to own features or subsystems end‑to‑end.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring engineers, or coordinating across teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
