Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support design-build projects from design through completion, including scheduling, subcontractor buyout, cost reporting, and owner coordination.

You may run smaller projects, mentor staff, and pursue Project Manager opportunities. A Bachelor's in CM/engineering/architecture and 3–7 years on $5M+ projects are preferred, with ability to work on-site across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering, architecture or related field.
• 3-7 years of construction project management experience on projects $5M+
• Experience leading a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project team scheduling and cost reporting.
• Manage subcontractors and site logistics.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
• Contribute to quarterly cost projections and job cost reports.
• Support project close-out and safety programs.
