Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-build projects ranging from $60 million to over $250 million. You will drive preconstruction, buyout, and end-to-end project execution with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include client and subcontractor relations, budgeting, scheduling, and mentoring the PM team. Travel nationwide is required for this fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
• 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million), ideally design-build.
• Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality.
• Experience with setup, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
