Job summary

atNorth is seeking a CSA Project Manager to join our project team in Haugesund and development team in Norway. You will manage end-to-end delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes for data center construction, coordinating with design consultants and site contractors to meet schedule and budget.

Fluent English and Norwegian, 8+ years in civil/structural/construction management, and strong interface management are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of project or construction management experience with civil/structural/architectural scopes.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar.
Experience with data centers or large-scale facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site-based CSA construction activities and coordinate contractors and site personnel.
Serve as primary contact for civil, structural, and architectural design, procurement, and execution status.
Develop and manage integrated CSA schedules, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks.
Ensure on-site safety, quality, and progress align with drawings and codes.
Coordinate with Design, MEP, Security, Operations, and Commissioning teams for interface management.
Produce decision-gate docs, cash flow forecasts, and progress reporting per governance.
Champion Safety First culture and ensure compliance with HSE and Norwegian regulations.
Support handover activities ensuring deliverables meet final quality standards.
