Job summary

Bang & Partners, a brand-new procurement consultancy, invites you to join as a Senior Consultant in Oslo. You will own major workstreams, develop strategic solutions, and lead within the team, with early exposure to senior clients and a genuine equity journey toward co-ownership.

As an early hire you will shape how the firm works, wins, and grows, while bringing modern tooling and AI into the delivery process and coaching junior colleagues. This is a partner-track path by design.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, engineering, business or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience from a leading consulting firm in procurement or strategy.
• Experience owning complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations.
• Emerging leadership with ability to lift the people and the work around you.
• Proactive, dependable working style and real ownership.
• Desire to help build something new and grow fast.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Interest in AI and eagerness to shape the tools we build.

The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant at Bang & Partners, you take on the most complex parts of our engagements. You develop the strategic solutions, own significant workstreams, and step up as a leader within the team - with more direct contact with senior clients than a traditional setup would ever give you this early. As one of our first hires, you also help shape how the firm works, wins and grows.

What we are looking for

• Master's degree with a strong academic record (e.g. economics, engineering, business or a related field)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, primarily or wholly from a leading consulting firm - within procurement or strategy
• A track record of owning complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into clear recommendations
• Emerging leadership - you lift the people and the work around you
• A proactive, dependable working style and real ownership - we hire adults
• Genuine drive to help build something new, and the ambition to grow fast
• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Excited by AI as part of the craft - quick to adopt the best tools, and keen to help shape the ones we build ourselves
