Prokura Norway is hiring an Associate Consultant or Consultant in Oslo. The role targets early-career professionals with 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Norwegian.

You have a unique possibility to apply for a full‑time position as Associate Consultant or Consultant , depending on the experience, in Norway becoming a part of our great team. The start date will be agreed individually.

What You’ll do

Contribute to structured problem‑solving in collaboration with senior colleagues by proactively identifying issues and opportunities and solutions

Apply your understanding of strategic operation processes, tools and concepts.

Delegate minor tasks to clients and take responsibility for managing quality expectations.

Work effectively with external stakeholders and take responsibility for developing strong relationships with key clients.

Take ownership for advocating and promoting Prokura values and culture both on and outside projects.

Show strong personal drive and take process ownership of your work by scoping own time and meeting deadlines.
