Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in oil & gas.
• Direct experience from NORSOK projects on NCS.
• Strong knowledge of system-based commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise MC activities for designated systems.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure safe, HSSE-focused commissioning.
• Prepare and verify documentation and drawings for MC and commissioning.
• Lead tests, FATs and punch-outs at supplier sites.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and tools.
