Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a Commissioning System Responsible Telecommunication to plan, execute and supervise Completion and Commissioning activities for designated telecom systems. Based in Norway, the role includes onshore work with a 2/3 rotation and offshore rotation during hookup, requiring strong HSSE focus and coordination with multiple disciplines.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc or MSc in Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and hands-on NORSOK project exposure,

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Engineering or equivalent education or experience.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience from NORSOK projects.
• System-based commissioning knowledge and understanding.
• Good knowledge of English and Norwegian.
• Permanent or project employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise Completion and Commissioning activities for designated systems.
• Telecommunication responsible are also responsible for discipline input to systems connected to and controlled by designated systems.
• Plan and execute MC follow-up and commissioning onshore and offshore.
• Ensure planning, preparation and execution meet project and operational requirements, including verification and assurance.
• Hand over plant and equipment to Asset Operations after commissioning.
• Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures.
