Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Commercial Manager within a Tier 1 construction contractor.
• Proven track record delivering strong commercial outcomes across major projects or frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management and dispute resolution.
• Experience managing and developing commercial teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account.
• Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed, negotiated and executed prior to project commencement.
• Manage commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, valuations, cash management and risk mitigation.
• Provide commercial support during tendering, procurement and contract negotiations, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and addressed.
• Drive margin protection and improvement through diligent application of commercial controls.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
