Qualifications

Significant experience as a Commercial Manager within a Tier 1 construction contractor.
Proven track record delivering strong commercial outcomes across major projects or frameworks.
Strong knowledge of contract administration, risk management and dispute resolution.
Experience managing and developing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the commercial management of multiple projects from tender through to final account.
Ensure all contractual documents are reviewed, negotiated and executed prior to project commencement.
Manage commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, valuations, cash management and risk mitigation.
Provide commercial support during tendering, procurement and contract negotiations, ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and addressed.
Drive margin protection and improvement through diligent application of commercial controls.
Provide mentoring and leadership to Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
