Siemens Mobility in Norway is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to own all commercial and financial aspects of assigned projects, partnering with the Project Manager to ensure profitable delivery and regulatory compliance. You will lead contract negotiations, manage cash flow, invoicing, and reporting, while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across geographies.

A Master’s degree and 5+ years in commercial project controlling are required, with fluency in

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial project controlling, project finance, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in project finance, financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow management, and project controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and project reporting tools (SAP, Power BI).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial management of projects from bid preparation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and financial reporting guidelines.
• Drive project profitability by managing financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, invoicing, project accounting, guarantees, and overall commercial performance.
• Review, negotiate, and manage customer, partner, and supplier contracts, including claims, change orders, and terms and conditions.
• Identify, assess, mitigate, and report commercial risks and opportunities; drive actions to protect and enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial reporting requirements, tax regulations, export control, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
