Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or Python.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers and provide coaching and mentorship
• Plan and prioritize project tasks and allocate resources accordingly
• Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
• Review code for quality assurance and provide feedback for improvements
• Collaborate with other teams such as QA UXUI to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct regular performance reviews of team members
