This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys owning BD initiatives from start to finish and working closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Leading significant pitch opportunities, including capability statements and credentials management
• Drafting and refining UK legal directory submissions, working directly with fee-earners to produce high-quality, compelling content
• Planning and delivering client events and thought leadership campaigns
• Acting as the M&BD lead for a key practice area, driving pitches, directory submissions, events, and strategic growth activity
• Collaborating with partners, regional teams, and sector groups to identify BD opportunities and strengthen market profile
• Maintaining CRM data and overseeing website and intranet content
• Supporting the delivery of the business plan, preparing management updates, and contributing to budget management
• Working with PR, digital, and events teams to raise the profile of the practice

• At least 2 years of M&BD experience gained within a professional services or similar regulated environment
• Demonstrable experience of independently managing and delivering pitches and BD projects
• Strong event management skills, with experience delivering high-profile events end-to- end

• Highly organised, with the ability to balance competing priorities without losing attention to detail
