AItoolnavio is seeking a Software Engineer – AI Tooling Infrastructure in Norway to own and operate backend services powering AI-driven developer tools, including MCP servers, agent skills, and AI assistants. You’ll focus on reliability, security, performance, and observability in production.

This hands-on role involves shaping scalable architectures, collaborating with Platform, SRE, Authentication, and Edge Functions teams, and contributing to open‑source practices in a globally distributed,

Formación

• 5+ years of backend production experience.
• Strong TypeScript or Go skills with knowledge of the other language.
• Experience designing APIs with versioning and error handling.
• Solid OAuth/OIDC/JWT understanding and production debugging.
• Proficient with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Build, deploy, operate, and scale production backend services.
• Own service architecture and infrastructure decisions.
• Define and monitor service reliability objectives (SLOs) with SRE teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
• Manage authentication for AI agents and machine clients.
• Establish observability with metrics, traces, logging, dashboards.
