Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and technical readiness of self-driving systems used in autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets across Europe.

You will work with Senior Technicians, AV Operations Leads, Safety Operators, and fleet teams to identify issues, perform structured troubleshooting, and ensure SDS readiness for testing and deployment.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, technical support, or complex technical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; capable of working with vehicle electronics and sensors.
Fluent English and ability to follow structured procedures across hardware/software domains.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting autonomous vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
Inspect, repair, and validate SDS hardware components on vehicles.
Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks for autonomous driving systems.
Calibrate sensors and validate that the system meets readiness requirements before deployment.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, depot, technician, and safety teams to reduce downtime.
