Job summary

TSMG seeks a Self-Driving Systems Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, and software readiness of SDS in autonomous vehicle deployments across Europe. You will work with engineers and operations teams to ensure SDS hardware and software are correctly installed, calibrated, and validated for safe testing and robotaxi operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive electronics, robotics, or embedded systems, and are fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, or similar complex technical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced hardware.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to follow structured software procedures and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting vehicle performance and fleet readiness.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components.
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks.
• Perform calibration and validation activities for sensors and SDS components.
• Provide on-site engineering and operations support and document findings.
