Job summary

Twoja Norwegia is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef for our seasonal hotel in Reine, Lofoten Islands. If you love cooking and can deliver high-quality breakfast buffet offerings with skilful presentation, this is your winter opportunity.

Expect to work from February through March with a potential extension into the summer season May–September. Accommodation is provided and you will join a team dedicated to guest satisfaction and kitchen excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Communicative level of English
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food and presentation

Responsibilities

• Preparing the breakfast buffet dishes, including baking
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes
• Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Cooperating closely with the breakfast waiters to deliver excellent guest experiences
