Job summary

Reine Rorbuer Drift As in Reine, Lofoten Islands, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our winter team. The role focuses on preparing breakfast buffet dishes, baking, and delivering high standards in a seasonal hotel setting near the Arctic coast.

You will work from early February to late March with the possibility to extend for May–September, live accommodation provided, and you will collaborate closely with breakfast waiters to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Communicative level of English.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Passion for quality food and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the breakfast buffet dishes, including baking.
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes.
• Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness.
• Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently.
• Cooperating closely with the breakfast waiters to deliver excellent guest experiences.
