Kai in Reine, Lofoten Islands, invites a motivated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team for the winter season, with potential to extend into summer. You will craft breakfast buffet items, bake essentials, and ensure high presentation standards.

We value independence, teamwork, and attention to detail, with English communication and a passion for quality food. Accommodation is provided, and the position runs from February to March, with possible extension May–September.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your duties
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Communicative level of English
• Commitment to maintaining high standards and attention to detail
• Passion for quality food and presentation

Responsabilidades

• Preparing the breakfast buffet dishes, including baking
• Ensuring high quality and attractive presentation of all dishes
• Maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen cleanliness
• Organizing daily kitchen operations efficiently
• Cooperating closely with the breakfast waiters to deliver excellent guest experiences
