MPower Plus is seeking an SAP MM Architect in Oslo, Norway, for a permanent role with hybrid work (2/3 days WFO). The role focuses on leading MM architecture for brownfield and S/4HANA transitions and ensuring seamless integration with planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and finance.

You will drive data migration validation, testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization while coordinating with business, data, and testing teams to protect supply continuity and procurement

Qualifications

• Strong SAP MM architecture experience across ECC and S/4HANA, including brownfield/system conversion programs.
• Good understanding of S/4HANA MM changes, including supplier Business Partner integration, material master impacts, inventory/valuation considerations, and simplification items.
• Experience integrating MM design with planning, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, finance, and supplier collaboration processes.
• Ability to support data migration validation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization for procure-to-pay and inventory processes.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the MM solution design for brownfield conversion, including simplification impacts, retained ECC design areas, and S/4HANA process changes.
• Own architecture decisions across purchasing, source determination, inventory management, valuation, invoice verification, subcontracting, and supplier integration.
• Assess impacts on material master, Business Partner/supplier master, procurement interfaces, reporting, custom developments, and warehouse or logistics dependencies.
• Work with business, technical, data, integration, and testing teams to define remediation, validation, cutover, and defect management activities.
• Support fit-gap decisions, UAT readiness, and go-live stabilization while protecting supply continuity, inventory accuracy, and procurement controls.
