Join our growing team in Norway as a SAP Digital Supply Chain Solution Architect / Market Unit Lead
Your responsibilities
Market Unit Leadership & Commercial Ownership
- Define and execute the Market Unit strategy, sales plan, and go-to-market approach for Norway
- Drive business development, sales execution, partner management, and marketing activities to build a strong pipeline
- Own Market Unit profitability, including revenue targets and direct project margins
- Build and manage key customer relationships and represent Westernacher at executive level
- Lead opportunity qualification, go/no-go decisions, bid strategy, and proposal governance
- Collaborate closely with Practices, Consulting Units, and Delivery teams to ensure commercial success and delivery excellence
- Contribute to staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and development of the local Market Unit team
- Ensure adherence to Westernacher processes, quality standards, and values
Solution Architecture & Delivery Engagement
- Act as Senior Solution Architect / Lead Consultant on strategic delivery projects
- Own end-to-end SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions from pre-sales and design through delivery and customer success
- Provide hands‑on expertise in SAP TM, SAP EWM, and/or SAP IBP depending on your core strengths
- Translate business requirements into robust and scalable SAP solution architectures
- Support delivery teams with solution guidance, quality assurance, and stakeholder alignment
- Ensure high-quality delivery and long-term customer relationships through trusted advisory
The role combines approximately 50% market leadership and sales responsibilities with 50% solution architecture and delivery engagement, ensuring strong alignment between commercial success and delivery excellence.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience as a Senior SAP Consultant or Solution Architect within SAP consulting
- Experience in business development, sales, or market leadership roles in a consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions such as TM, EWM, or IBP
- Ability to manage revenue, margins, pipelines, and senior customer relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Leadership mindset with experience in international, matrix organizations
- Ability to operate strategically and hands‑on
- Fluency in English & Norwegian - both verbal and written
- Available to travel if the project requires it
