Job summary

Square One Resources Limited seeks a SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Analyst to support a major global payroll transformation programme, consolidating payroll systems into a single SAP-based solution alongside SAP S/4HANA and HR transformation initiatives, with remote Europe–based work.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP HCM Payroll, managing enhancements, supporting PCC and data migration, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and producing specifications and tests.

Qualifications

• SAP HCM Payroll configuration across Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Functions and Operations.
• End-to-end SAP Payroll implementations across multiple countries/regions.
• Payroll data migration and Finance integration experience.
• SIT/UAT testing and payroll reconciliation and controls.

• Support payroll data migration and Payroll-to-Finance integration.

SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Analyst needed to support a major global payroll transformation programme, consolidating payroll systems into a single SAP-based solution alongside SAP S/4HANA and wider HR transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll, including Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Functions and Operations.
• Manage payroll enhancements and business process improvements.
• Support Payroll Control Centre (PCC) and payroll automation.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and effective payroll controls.

• Provide knowledge transfer to internal HR and Payroll teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• SAP HCM experience, with strong SAP Payroll expertise.
• Extensive hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience.
• Proven experience with end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations.
• Experience delivering payroll across multiple countries/regions.
• Strong knowledge of Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, Functions and Operations.
• Experience across Personnel Administration, OM and Time Management.
• Strong payroll testing, reconciliation and controls experience.
• Experience with payroll data migration and Finance integration.
