Nettbureau AS is seeking a Sales Representative (B2B) to drive growth in the Austrian and German markets. You will build your own pipeline, sign new partners, and work with an entrepreneurial DACH team to launch new services.
We offer a competitive base salary with commissions, flexible hours at Oslo/Stockholm offices, and opportunities to develop expertise across B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
We’re looking for a Sales Representative (B2B) to join our team and drive growth in the Austrian and German markets. Are you a native German speaker with a hunter mentality? Keep reading!
Nettbureau is a Norwegian scale-up that helps consumers across Europe make better decisions through comparison and tender services like photovoltaikanlage.at, eladestation.de, luz.es and fotovoltaico.it. Today, we operate 100+ services across 15 countries.
We combine strong growth with profitability and were recently named one of the Financial Times’ Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2025. In Norway, we’ve been named a “Gaselle” company (one of the country’s fastest-growing businesses) for ten consecutive years, earning us a spot in the Hall of Fame.
We’re a team of 95+ people, with around 50 based in Oslo. Our colleagues come from many different backgrounds, from historians, literature scholars and medical doctors to engineers and marketers.

We’re a small, entrepreneurial team covering the DACH region: Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Today, the team consists of a Country Manager, a Partner Manager, two Content & Marketing Specialists and a Business Operations Manager, and we’re growing.
You won’t be building alone, though. Behind the DACH team are Nettbureau’s international teams in sales, content, marketing and business operations. You’ll share knowledge, tools and best practices with colleagues who have built similar markets across Europe.
Austria: We launched in Austria in 2024 with photovoltaikanlage.at and have since added wärmepumpevergleich.at and e-ladestation.at. We already have an established partner base, and we’re now ready to grow it further and launch new services.
Germany: In Germany, we’re at an early stage, with services like eladestation.de already live and several more launches on the way. This is a rare chance to help build a market almost from scratch, working side by side with our Partner Manager for Germany.
This is a true hunter role. Your focus is on signing new B2B partners in verticals like renewable energy, real estate and telecommunications. You'll build your own pipeline, take part in new launches and, as we grow, get the opportunity to work on the Swiss market too.
Our core offering is access to warm, relevant leads in a convenient, cost-efficient and GDPR-compliant way. Partners pay only for the leads they receive and make no upfront commitment, which makes deals easy to start. Our high lead quality keeps them on as satisfied long-term partners.
A partner can be anything from a single-person business to a large multinational corporation. The work is varied, and you can expect to learn a lot and grow professionally.
Key responsibilities:
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing B2B deals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through active outbound prospecting by phone and email
Explore and test new prospecting tools and strategies
Deliver online presentations of our services to prospective partners
Make sure newly signed partners get off to a good start
Track and update all sales activities in Pipedrive, our CRM system
Coordinate with team members and other departments to optimise the sales effort
Validate demand, shape the offer and secure early customers when launching new services
Native-level German with excellent communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and pushback confidently.
Some sales experience (B2B preferred) and a strong hunter mentality: proactive, resilient and motivated to build a pipeline, follow up with prospects and close deals.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine drive to share knowledge, support your peers, and succeed together as a team.
The ability to close deals by phone, video call and email (we keep physical meetings to an absolute minimum).
The ability to understand the needs and pain points of potential partners while standing firm on price and commercial terms.
A good level of English to communicate with the rest of the team.
Genuine curiosity, a willingness to try new things and the ability to handle varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Local knowledge or a network in Austria or Germany and/or in our target verticals
Knowledge of the Swiss market
Proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish or other European languages
Experience with, or interest in, AI tools and CRM automations for more effective sales
A degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus, but not a requirement. Proven sales skills and drive matter most.
Competitive salary consisting of a guaranteed base and an attractive commission/bonus scheme, with strong growth potential.
Opportunities to build expertise across B2B sales, lead generation, account management and more
NOK 10,000 per year for personal development
Flexible working hours at our Tøyen office in Oslo or Södermalm office in Stockholm
Your choice of Mac or PC, plus your internet and phone expenses covered
A safe and supportive work environment with ambitious and social colleagues
Optional activities like book and cinema clubs, ping pong tournaments and regular after-work gatherings
A summer party at our office and a yearly kick-off trip where the whole company gathers in person for team-building, great food and fun. This year we went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and in 2027 we are going to Rome.
Regular team meetups where we share insights, learn from each other and invite external experts for inspiration
Application deadline: 29th of November
Employment type: Full-time
Work location: Oslo or Stockholm
Start date: 01 February 2027 (or another agreed date)
