Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a driven Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) to meet with 8-12 homeowners weekly, present solutions, and close high-ticket remodeling deals. This full-time role offers uncapped commissions and a hybrid schedule in Delaware with strong earning potential.

You'll need excellent communication, a reliable vehicle, and a competitive mindset to build lasting client relationships and participate in ongoing sales training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing sales training

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Delaware

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
