Job summary

TSMG is seeking Depot Specialists to support daily depot operations for European robotaxi fleets. You will ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged, inspected, and ready for deployment from a dedicated depot, coordinating with Safety Operators and Technicians.

The role suits those who are hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and you will contribute to fleet readiness and expansion across Europe.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Comfortable driving both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, inspected, charged, and deployment-ready before each shift.
• Verify vehicle readiness and perform pre-/post-shift checks.
• Monitor charging schedules for EVs.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, parking, charging, and staging.
• Assist with dispatch and return processes.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Record vehicle status and inspection results.
