Job summary

Dorminy Medical Center seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor to oversee patient care during the assigned shift. This full-time position requires leadership to coordinate total patient care services, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain compliance with clinical standards.

The supervisor reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and acts in absence of the Administrator on-call. Applicants should have a nursing degree, current state licensure, and ACLS/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and active state licensure.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• BCLS & ACLS certification required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care by managing total patient care services during the assigned shift.
• In the absence of the Administrator or designee, make administrative decisions and notify the Administrator-on-Call.
• Report to Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
