Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is looking for a Conference Producer on a permanent contract to strengthen the Risk Global team, supporting the Risk.net events portfolio. The role is based in London and part of a 300-person Risk Global organisation with offices worldwide.

You will oversee production timelines, research, content development and sponsorship recruitment for Risk.net events, collaborating with editorial, marketing and sales teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills for market development.
• Excellent written communication for content marketing.
• Proven ability to project-manage complex, multi-stakeholder events.
• Ability to build relationships with senior industry experts and sponsors.
• Bachelor's degree in English, History, Politics, Economics, Communications or sciences preferred.
• Experience in conference or events research environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Keep to best-practice production timelines and manage event budgets.
• Project-manage event production, operations, marketing and sales deadlines.
• Research and develop launch ideas; write marketing and content briefs.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing and sales to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver the Risk.net events portfolio from London office and build sponsor relationships.
• Maintain market intelligence to stay ahead of regulatory and market trends.
