Job summary

Wolt is building technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to neighborhoods worldwide. Since 2014 we’ve delivered restaurant food and now we’re expanding to deliver almost everything in over 500 cities across 30 countries.

We joined forces with DoorDash in 2022 to accelerate this growth. We’re looking for a self-starter who will help manage content for the Wolt Market platform, improve product pages, and collaborate with vendors and marketing.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a university degree in business, marketing, management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create retail product selection and enhance its content on the Wolt Market online platform.
• Ensure that the app content is accurate and up to date, as far as it concerns the product descriptions, search words, images and other parameters.
• Assigning the products to its right placement in the app so that customers are able to find them.
• Contacting vendors (distributors/direct vendors/brandbank) to confirm product details in order to keep the app content and ordering data up to date.
• Processing direct suggestions from customers, stores and producers to update the content information.
• Creating content aligned with marketing and Category to ensure the best possible outcome of scheduled supplier paid content.
• Excellent skills in Google Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Experience in dealing with processes and transforming large amounts of data into customer relevant information to improve user experience
• High attention to detail including precise and effective prioritisation to be able to manage multiple, competing topics
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong hands on mentality to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and goals are achieved.
• Fluency in both English & Norwegian.
