Job summary

Wolt is hiring a Grocery Associate for our Market team in Trondheim on an on-call, 0-hour contract. You will support a busy store environment, taking orders, stocking shelves, and ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll work flexible shifts across mornings and evenings, with possibilities to move to longer hours. English is required, Norwegian is a plus, and you must have the right to work in Norway.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required, Norwegian a plus.
• Located in Trondheim area with right to work in Norway.
• Experience in inbound/grocery store is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take orders via Merchant app.
• Pick and pack groceries and hand to customers and courier partners.

We are looking for a Grocery Associate with an 'on-call' 0 hours contract to join our Wolt Market team in Trondheim. With 0 hours contract, we estimate that you'll work 1-4 shifts per week. If you're performing well in the job, there's a possibility in the future for you to get a contract with proper weekly working hours (for example 10-20 hours per week contract).

What you’ll be doing

• Taking in orders through our Merchant app
• Picking and packing groceries, and handing them to customers and courier partners
• Unloading food and supplies that we receive from vendors
• Managing our internal systems which include precise information about nutrients and allergens
• Maintaining order and cleanliness of the store

Our humble expectations

• You are proactive and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
• You’ll work in flexible shifts in both morning and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends- our store is open 7 days a week between 08:00-01:00. You'll need to have a transportation to commute during early morning and late evening hours. We require flexibility to work across all our working hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience from working in inbounding/grocery store is a big advantage!
• Professional proficiency in English is required, Norwegian is a big plus!
• You are located in the Trondheim area and have the right to work in Norway
