Job summary

Wolt is seeking a motivated recent graduate to help curate and enhance retail product content on the Wolt Market platform in Oslo. You will ensure accuracy across product descriptions, keywords, images and attributes, and you will work with distributors and brand partners to keep data up to date.

Qualifications

Recently graduated with a university degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
Preferably 1–2 years of work experience in retail, consulting, key account management or marketing, but graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills, both internally and with external partners, and the ability to think strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities

Create retail product selection and enhance its content on the Wolt Market platform.
Ensure app content is accurate and up to date (product descriptions, search words, images, parameters).
Assign products to the correct app placement so customers can find them.
Contact vendors to confirm product details and keep content and ordering data current.
Process customer and store feedback to update content information.
Create content aligned with marketing and category goals for paid content outcomes.
Demonstrate high proficiency in Google Suite or MS Office (Word, Excel).
Transform large data into customer-relevant information to improve user experience.
Maintain high attention to detail and manage multiple topics concurrently.
Be proactive, results-driven, and hands-on to complete tasks efficiently.
