Organizational Context and Scope

Under the direct supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) and under the functional supervision of the Senior Sub-Regional Resources Management Officer (SSRRMO) in Brussels, in close coordination with the Regional Office (RO) for Europe and Central Asia, the Department of Financial and Administrative Management (DFAM) at Headquarters (HQ) and the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC), the Resources Management Officer will be responsible and accountable for supervising and managing the budgetary, financial, and administrative functions of IOM Norway and providing support in these areas to the relevant Heads of Units and Project Coordinators.
