Job summary

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Oslo, Norway seeks an experienced finance and administration professional to supervise budgetary and financial management functions for IOM Norway. The role oversees treasury, procurement, HR, and logistics in alignment with IOM rules and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating budget control, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with IPSAS standards and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience; or a University degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certification as CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Resource Management Unit operations and budgeting.
• Monitor financial management and administrative compliance for all activities.
• Prepare and review project budgets, revisions, and financial reports.
• Provide financial and administrative input to programme development and donor compliance.
