Job summary

BlueThrone is seeking a hungry, hands-on VP Finance to partner with the founders and leadership team. You will own FP&A, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, translating portfolio data into actionable unit economics across geographies.

You’ll lead acquisition due-diligence, model deal structures, and oversee debt financing, tax strategies, and group reporting in a remote, global setting.

Qualifications

• Certified CPA with strong FP&A background.
• Experience in mobile apps, consumer subscriptions, or tech B2B is highly desirable.
• Track record in multi-entity international finance and group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own FP&A, budget, and rolling forecast for the group.
• Lead financial underwriting and due diligence on acquisitions.
• Manage debt financing, investor relations and board reporting.
• Oversee treasury, tax strategy, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Drive post-acquisition financial integration and KPI reporting.
